Before upgrading 98 take backup properly.Mainly desktop,My documents,favourites folder,Pst (If you use MS-outlook,dbx (if you are using outlook Express),and all folders & files which are saved by you in drive “C”.After that Insert the OS(XP or Vista which you want to install) Cd in CD drive and RUN setup.
