The del.icio.us team has announced an early beta release of the del.icio.us bookmarks extension for Internet Explorer.
This is a good news for all IE user.
Yahoo finally released toolbar / button for Internet Explorer. This software is in beta and works like a charm. There are similarities between this version and the recently released Firefox 3 beta extension — including features such as the del.icio.us Sidebar and Toolbar for quick access to your bookmarks. The extension works on IE 6, IE 7 and IE 8 beta for both XP and Vista. Check out the del.icio.us blog for more information.

University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development aka Internet2 can change the way we use Internet. According to Internet2 official site, “It is Led by more than 200 U.S. universities, working with industry and government, Internet2 develops and deploys advanced network applications and technologies for research and higher education, accelerating the creation of tomorrow’s Internet“.
According to Yahoo article, “…An Internet that leaves the current Internet in the dust is within reach. Some lucky individuals have already seen the possibilities thanks to the next-gen Net’s major research network, a consortium of more than 300 universities, research labs, government agencies, and corporations called Internet2…”
I will be happy to see such powerful high speed Internet2 at home (and I hope they will not forget about security and hackers/spammers).
Yahoo! India News reporting that how companies in us are keen to invest in India, especially in IT and IT-enabled services sector (aka BPO).
FTA Ã¢â‚¬Å“2006 is expected to see further growth in this trend, and India is getting a big piece of the action. New York investment bank maxim group, which last year managed the biggest offering so far in this category, expects to take three more India-focused blank check companies public later this year to raise a total of around $180 million.
Now that is cool news for Indian companies.
Security has been up in country following blasts in the temple town of Varanasi this evening.
So far 12 killed as 2 explosions rock Sankatmochan temple and the cantonment railway station Varanasi on Tuesday.
Security being increased up at places of worship, vital installations and government buildings through out country.
Let us hope so it will not get worst then this.
