Kaun Banega Crorepati is an Indian game show. It was one of India’s most popular game TV shows.

First two parts (or seasons) were hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. Kaun Banega Crorepati Dwitiya (KBC 2) also hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. However show was closed by star plus (star network) after the host Amitabh Bachchan fell ill.

Now new is that king khan is all set to host 3rd part – KBC3. Shah Rukh Khan started his career in 1988 by appearing on various television series such as the war drama series Fauji playing the role of Commando Abhimanyu Rai and other series such as Circus.

Now the million dollar question – Will SRK make a better host than AB?

  1. Dear Sirs, I felt very very happy that KBC will soon be on air!! But around 24 episodes relating to KBC2 were not finished. Some of the contestants were already selected for the shooting of the game-show during December,2005.Even air tickets were mailed to them.All such players and their companions along with their friends and relatives were anxiously waiting for the resumption of KBC2!! Now is it not a severe blow to those players? All those participants must have spent a lot of time and money. And the selection was at random. Hence they were also lucky to be selected. Now is it not unfortunate for those contestants if KBC2 is not completed i.e. if those candidates are deprived participation in the game-show-KBC2?

    Because those 2 are sponsor and already paid huge amount of money to start tv network. So how they are going to get back their money? (hint: from your airtel or bsdl phone calls).

  16. Prize money should be Rs.10 crores. No body can purchase a plot by Rs.2 crore in posh area of Chandigarh. Four Lifelines should be inducted in place of three. One wrong question should be wave off as forth life line. 17th question should have prize money Rs. 5 crore and then last question should have prize money Rs.10 crores. One the other hand prize money can kept Rs.10,000 for first question and Rs.10 crore for 20th question. Out of ten contestants one should direct approach to Hot Seat without playing Fastest Finger First in each episode, he/she may be chosen randomly by computer or having highest score during the selection. Badshah cannot compete Shanshah without these type of incorporations. These are my personal speculations.

The tel no. and question being asked for entry are being shown for a very brief time.It seems Star Plus does not want so many persons to participate. Star plus should show the entire procedure and tel nos etc clearly for the benefit of greater viewership.

I would like to invite your kind notice towards the fact the millions of contestants like me are in a queue to reach the hot seat of kbc but we are facing a great difficulty that it is very boring system to sit before landline for eight hours for waiting a call from starplus.     amitabh and, i felt very bad that some people and media compares these two legends,we can’t compare them. because they both are hardworking and energetic

    i am e-mailing you because i know you are my last chance, i came to UK 10 years ago i had arrange marriage, where i got married when i was only just turned 18. i came to UK not knowing English not having any friends or family here. my ex- husband who was born and brought up in the UK was a very valiant person who bit me up all the time and try to kill me twice, i got out that marriage 3 years ago, i got 1 little girl who’s 6 years old now and her name is anjali. i choose her name from your film kuch kuch hota hey. i have always liked you and respected you and since i been watching KBC i wanted to sed you my request to you. my mum and dad they still in india they live in Gujarat in place call surat. i came to india after 8 years with my little girl to see my parents about year and half ago. i have got two brothers that i haven’t see in for 9 years because after i came to UK there was lot of problem’s in family and my oldest brother got forced in to get married and he got divorced with in 6 month of his marriage and he left home without telling anyone where he was going and after few month my second brother left home and he didn’t tell anyone that his going to work and never going to come back home, my second brother came home after 4 or 5 years and stayed with my mum and dad for couple of month then left home again without telling anyone. my both brothers are older then me and there name is Nilesh and Vipul.

    no one in my family knows where they are my parents have looked everywhere for them but no luck at all. my dad is 61 and my mum is 56 this year and my mum never had good life she has suffered so much with everything in her life up in till now and she is still in lot of pain because she haven’t see in her two son’s who should be here for her and look after her and give her the happiness that she should have in her this age. all she really wants in her life to see her two son’s before she die, i am doing my best to help my parents and saving money so i could invite them here to live with me but life is very hard in here and i don’t get any help from anyone i look after my self and my anjali but i am not going to give up trying and one day i will have my mum and dad in here with me in UK.
