my name is Aadesh S. Chavan contact no.9930004535, I had Purchased an Vodafone iphone 8Gb IMEI No. 011712001685800,said iphone was suffering from following defect i.e. not detecting any Wi-fi network, I reported the above matter to iphone authorized service centre at vodafone store, Century Bazaar Bhavan on 03/08/2009,and was then asked to submit the iphone to the centre by the customer service executive,After abut 10 days i got a replaced iphone IMEI No. 011934004108715 (which was already a defected handset (there was a gap between replaced iphone screen and body and the backlight LED’s were seen through that gap,i submitted the replaced iphone again to your service centre on 14/08/2009 After 3 days the service centre personnel contacted me and said that all the handsets they possess have the same kind of structure with a gap in between the screen and the body which in their accordance is a minor problem,but i denies to settle with the replaced iphone as i has paid quite a big amount for the handset and according to my expectation from a reputed Vodafone company and Apple brand such kind of service witch is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness Like, i sent a Legel notice to vodafone for Replace the defected iphone 3G with a fresh (without any defect) iphone 3G within 10 Day’s Or Refund the buy amount of iphone of Rs.29,640/- And also Pay compensation for mental harassment and legal fees in the sum of Rs. 30,000,
i denies to accept defected Replaced handset, the said iphone is steel in service center, its almost 25 day now, i am working without i phone
