Be Sure to Cancel Your Credit Cards Before you Die

LOL :)

It’s not just the government… Be sure and cancel your credit cards before you die. This is priceless, and so easy to see happening, customer service being what it is today.

A lady died this past January, and Citibank billed her for February and March for their annual service charges on her credit card, and then added late fees and interest on the monthly charge. The balance had been $0.00, now is somewhere around $60.00. A family member placed a call to Citibank,

Fanaa movie review

It will be fun to watch Aamir and Kajol’s first performance together. I think this is her first movie after her marriage.

I will watch it may be tomorrow or Sunday and I will update all of you later on

This is a good film not like one of those just entertainer, but worth of every rupees you are going to spend.

As usual, Aamir acting (don’t expect him as punjabi patriot this time) is world class and oh boy Kajol remainder me old good days. Zooni (Kajol) the blind kashmiri girl falls in love with the aamir who is masquerades as an Army officer is actually a terrorist. Songs are good too.

Go and watch this movie :)

My rating 4/5

Cast: Aamir, Kajol, Tabu and Rishi Kappor

XBOX 360 to hit india before the Diwali

Finally, some good news for all gamers out there, Microsoft plans to launch its Xbox 360 gaming console in India, where an economic boom has boosted incomes and spurred spending.

According to Zdnet story, “…The U.S. software firm aims to hit the market before the Indian festival of lights, or Diwali, when many companies pay annual bonuses to workers. This year, festival falls on Oct. 21…“.

Microsoft hopes to offer the Xbox 360 console, its controller and one game for about Rs. 20,000 ($450 approx).

The price seems to be little high as compare to US market.

American and European companies want to setup N plants in India

French and American N-tech firms eying India according to new article in times of India.
All of them just waiting for the nuclear deal to be cleared out in Washington.

According this TOI article sources, Westinghouse, GE, Atomstroy Export and Areva will be at the starting line-up to bid for nuclear power reactors for India.

Now if I consider past history of US and high interest by big tech firms means the congress will pass the said bill.

Faces of the Fallen-news stories and military reports

This screenshot from The Washington Post compiles news stories and military reports to assemble portraits of U.S. service members lost to the ongoing conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The database, which was recently relaunched with newly browsable features and permalinks, offers both sweeping views of the operations’ tolls and individual profiles of each soldier or Marine who has died. Browsing through, you can view current data on which state has lost the most men and women.

You can click in to a profile, anywhere on the site, to read about the individuals behind those statistics.

After visiting site, I strongly feel that we will never learn from our history.

Are you looking for better bargaining results?

According to story published in Reader Digest, Indian edition, “…European researchers have found that women negotiate better with men and vice versa but that both men and women become over-competitive when dealing with someone of the same gender…“.

So next time you want to grab a business deal or if you want better bargaining results try someone of the opposite sex.

Researchers have suggested that companies can use this knowledge to their benefit, by selecting the gender of their representatives.
