Google earth images created storm across India

Legally you are not allowed to take photos or visit military installation. However google's earth allows to have eye on India Air Force (IAF) yelahanka base, HAL factory, PM's house, parliament house other important location in country.
Googles new released images allows anyone to see all these important location. You can't see sensitive location such as white house, but here it is displaying all sensitive location.
Government of India announced inquiry, as result of this google earth site may be get blocked if order by government. Check out google earth india image of Rashtrapati Bhavan and yelahanka base below:

According to googlecommunity

India seems to have lost Kashmir to Pakistan on Google Earth. Yes, that is how the map shows India-Pakistan borders.. Kashmir, India does not exist, but Kashmir, Pakistan exists.. the international borders shown have completely carved out Kashmir from India". This is serious problem and remember Microsoft did same mistake and that cost them lot of money. Same thing can happen with Google.

Reports from various news channels have shown that the recent mumbai attacks were so meticulously planned by terrorists with the help of google earth. They were able to select the locations of their attack and the routes through which they will travel to reach these locations. I personally like the site but google needs to do something to prevent google earth from becoming a tool for the bad guys. some people have quoted that the terrorists might as well gain access to sensitive areas by other satellites if not google but google earth makes it so easy for them as one of the terrorists caught has admitted they have used google earth to plan the attacks.

All the shots are very realistic, likedit very much, Can see our home from anywhere in the world. If there was a solution to view from satelight directly, it will be really good.

It does not cause any harm. During Indo Pak war 1965, as an airman I passed through Howrah and photographed the Howrah Bridge. A policeman caught me took me to the police station and when the Inspector saw my identity card and my documents of travel took away the film and let me go. That day Prime Minister Shastri was passing through. It was a box camera and I had clicked a few photos of PM Shastri in it. All was lost.
Security is surely not a risk in such photos.

Does not matter, every thing is possible in this advanced world. Country should check their security system. Banning Google Earth will not make any affect, only Indian will not be able to see the images but entire world can acess it.
